What are platform credits & panel credits?
Platform credits are the currency used across all UXArmy products, such as usability tests, surveys, and other research tools. These credits are made up of two types:
– Monthly Active Credits: Allocated at the beginning of each billing cycle and reset at the end of the month. These are the credits you primarily use for your research.
-Carryover Credits: Credits from refunds, bonuses, or special offers that don’t expire and remain available for future use
Panel credits, on the other hand, are used for recruiting participants from UXArmy’s user panel and needs to be purchased as an add on.
How are platform credits deducted?
Platform credits are consumed when you run tests or collect responses across all UXArmy products. These credits are part of your overall credit balance based on the plan you choose. While the credits you have can be used across all products, each product has a different “credit consumption rate,” meaning the number of credits used per response may vary depending on the product.
What are my payment options?
Currently, we accept payments via credit card. We’re working to offer additional options soon, but for now, credit card payments help us keep things quick and straightforward for you
