Platform credits are the currency used across all UXArmy products, such as usability tests, surveys, and other research tools. These credits are made up of two types:
Monthly Active Credits: Allocated at the beginning of each billing cycle and reset at the end of the month. These are the credits you primarily use for your research.
Carryover Credits: Credits from refunds, bonuses, or special offers that don’t expire and remain available for future use.
Panel credits, on the other hand, are used for recruiting participants from UXArmy’s user panel and needs to be purchased as an add on
