Christopher Bertrand is a Human Factors-trained UX research and customer experience leader with more than 20 years of experience helping technology teams better understand the humans using their products. He has built and led research organizations, developed research programs and systems, and helped product teams turn customer insight into better decisions. He is the founder of KnowsyBug Research, where explores the changing relationship between humans and technology. He holds a degree in Human Factors Psychology from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
