Bio

Nick Lim heads product growth at UXArmy, and he comes to it from eight years in product and UX design across insurance, wealth, edtech and HR tech in Singapore, Indonesia and the Philippines. He grounds UX in economics, starting from how a product makes its money and using design to move the numbers that matter to the business. Most of that time was in insurtech, where he led design for consumer, agent and admin platforms across two markets and built design operations with engineering that cut overhead by about 60%. A travel insurance product he led design on with a major Philippine e-wallet partner won top honours at the partner's 2026 awards. He's also built his own products and internal tools with AI-assisted workflows, and uses them to test ideas quickly and see what actually moves.
